Samples may be dropped off in person if arranged in advance.
Turn-around times (TAT) are from the time the sample is received and are counted in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard TAT is 7-10 business days. Faster than 72 hours, contact our lab to ensure availability.
Be sure to ask about the advantages of testing programs (multiple samples, recurring tests, etc.).

Many of our clients are producers of beverages, spring waters, skin care products, or personal lubricant gels, covering an entire spectrum of liquid-based products for human use, so they appreciate the fact that The Osmolality Lab does not accept hazardous biological materials or radioactive materials. We are strictly a non-blood and non-urine osmolality laboratory. Please contact The Osmolality Lab in advance with any questions regarding samples in question or about this policy.
